1. No Refund Policy (General)

We follow a strict Replacement-Only Policy

Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved under special conditions
2. Replacement Conditions

Replacement is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects

No replacement for:

Physical damage
-
Mishandling
-
Improper usage

3. Brand-Based Approval

C3 Auto Care acts as an intermediary between customer and brand

Replacement depends on brand approval

If the brand denies the request, C3 Auto Care is not liable
4. Mandatory Conditions for Refund Requests (Website Orders Only)
In rare cases where a refund is considered:

Customer must provide a complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

Without unboxing video, refund requests will not be processed

Refund request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
5. Return Shipping Requirement

Customer must ship the product back to us first

After receiving and successful evaluation, refund (if approved) will be processed
6. Service Charges

Installation/service charges are non-refundable

If re-installation is required after 10 days, charges will apply.
