Refund & Replacement Policy – C3 Auto Care

1. No Refund Policy (General)

  • We follow a strict Replacement-Only Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved under special conditions

2. Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects

  • No replacement for:

    • Physical damage

    • Mishandling

    • Improper usage

3. Brand-Based Approval

  • C3 Auto Care acts as an intermediary between customer and brand

  • Replacement depends on brand approval

  • If the brand denies the request, C3 Auto Care is not liable

4. Mandatory Conditions for Refund Requests (Website Orders Only)

In rare cases where a refund is considered:

  • Customer must provide a complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

  • Without unboxing video, refund requests will not be processed

  • Refund request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

5. Return Shipping Requirement

  • Customer must ship the product back to us first

  • After receiving and successful evaluation, refund (if approved) will be processed

6. Service Charges

  • Installation/service charges are non-refundable

  • If re-installation is required after 10 days, charges will apply.
